Registration
All cancellations must be sent to MCI UK Ltd in writing (fax, letter, or e-mail). For cancellations received before 24 January 2012, reservations will be refunded less UK£25 for full registration and UK£15 for reduced registration, to pay administrative costs. After this date, no refund will be possible.
Modifications can be made at no charge up until 17 February 2012, after which a UK£15 fee will be charged for each modification.
